Instructions For Reviewers

It is quite likely that some of the manuscripts may need improvement of English language and Grammar which can be taken care of during editing or the authors will be asked to improve it while revising the manuscript. Hence if you can improve it, OK otherwise we expect you to look at the scientific contents and give your expert opinion along with other comments

Guidelines for Reviewers:

The manuscript sent for review is a confidential document; hence it should not be discussed with the authors. In case you wish to consult some colleagues please discuss this with the editors first:

• The final decision to accept or reject the manuscript rests with Editorial Managing Committee.
• In case a manuscript is rejected, the reviewers are expected to give detailed reasons. If a write-up can be improved, give detailed recommendations which would help the authors.
• Please note we practice the Open Peer Review system in which the names of authors and reviewers are known. In case you wish your name should not to be disclosed please mention it on the Pro forma.
